Positive: We had a truly memorable stay at Hills and Chills in Sakleshpur, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The hospitality and service were outstanding. Even though only two families were staying, the hosts went above and beyond to prepare an incredible spread of food for all three meals every day. The food deserves a special mention—it was hands down the best food we’ve ever tasted outside home-cooked meals. The variety, taste, and freshness were simply amazing, and we were genuinely overwhelmed by the care and effort put into each meal. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and warm, making us feel at home throughout the stay. The owner is very approachable and knowledgeable about the area. He personally guided us on nearby sightseeing options and suggested a beautiful waterfall close by, where we ended up spending more than two wonderful hours soaking in nature. The location is a big highlight—surrounded by lush greenery, tall trees, and serene forest vibes. There’s a nearby peak that adds to the charm and makes the place feel even more special. The property is about 2–3 km off State Highway 107 via a mud road, but it felt safe and manageable to drive in our own vehicle (as long as it’s not heavy rainfall). The rooms are uniquely designed with a wooden, tree-house theme, blending beautifully with nature and adding to the overall experience. There is a nice swimming pool, well maintained. Also few rope activities were there. They arranged bonfire in the evening along with lovely and hot snacks to make the evening feel warm and special. The pricing felt very reasonable, especially considering the quality of food, hospitality, and peaceful surroundings. Overall, sHills and Chills is a perfect getaway for anyone looking to relax amidst nature, enjoy exceptional food, and experience heartfelt hospitality. We left with beautiful memories and would happily recommend this place to family and friends—and would love to return again. 🌿✨
Negative: Only problem is the route to reach the property was little narrow and mud road, if you like off road experience, it’s not a problem.
